After a 2hour climb with Jen, Ed, PY, we headed back to sch to start moved ,the mattresses, tables, chairs and people. Managed to finish it by 6pm. Think they should be moving the SP mattress by now. Both day's stuff were done quite quickly as we had enough people and Kesheng was his usual self, thus hastening the speed and efficiency.
The lorry this year is better than the last. Dun think it'll break down. But it has a faulty speedometer, an out-of-date handbrake, and lousy engine. The aircon is acceptable, but the engine noise just drown out the radio. Wonder who will do an Initial L this time round. We have a couple of good careful and safe drivers around - Ed, YJ, etc.
Wall's painted in a nice red and brown color (pictures soon to be here). But the wall's this year is large, or feels large and intimidating, at least to me. Hope my guts wouldn't shrink when i get to it. The spot's the same as last year's, which is good for transportation of logistic stuff.
Thanks to Cherlyn and Claudia and whoever's there who's stayin overnight to look after the precious walls and tiles. Novice routesetting had been brought forward to tonight as the wall's completed earlier than expected. This year's work seems to move smoothly, hope the smooth-ness continues all the way!
